Sorry guys, I won't be able to make Road America.

I thought I could learn this track in 1 day, but I can't go without spinning long enough to even get a lap time.

After 45 minutes of spinning it's time for a break. I don't want to ruin anyone else's race tonight.

I will be there.

Laguna Seca is not a new track to me. I've only driven it in the Mazda, but I don't see that as a problem.

I been practicing the Mustang at Lime Rock Park a lot the past week and so I'm starting to see what I've been doing wrong. Managed to knock out a 59.3 lap, not the best in the world but decent enough to race.

Prior to joining this league the only track I've seriously driven the Mustang on was Watkins Glen. That track is fairly easy as far as road courses go and so it can mask problems with handling the car.

Gas and brakes need to be applied going straight, trying to drive the Mustang like the Mazda will only ruin your day.

This week I shall be more prepared with plenty of practice time.

Also, by the way, is there anyway to get my hands on the set up which will be used, in order to practice with it?

I got the set up, thanks.

As luck would have it, this week has the same track in the Mustang Challenge series.

I been practicing my butt off using the set up.

So far my best lap time is 1:42.3. I still got plenty more time before the race.

Gotta figure out turn 1 and the suicide corkscrew turn, LOL.
